ficks BMG's Sponsorships/CSR Programs forLow Income Background Students
Our students hail from low income/ marginalized rural communities in remote areas of Uttar Pradesh (UP), India. ( including Bilaspur, Dadri, Dankaur, Jewar, Kasna, Sakipur, Surajpur ).Often their total family monthly household income falls in the range of4500 to 14000/Rs. With an average family size of 4 – 6 members to feed, education expense is often seen as an added financial burden in the household, especially with girls from these communities.
Over the years, we have developed great trust with these communities only by delivering what we committed to them with FICKS BMG.
Today, we can proudly say we have engaged with 47 key rural schools (including 6 all girls schools) with Govt/Semi – Govt Infrastructure, with each school size ranging from 300 to 1500 students in these remote areas in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Educational Empowerment
We provide comprehensive educational facilities to uplift rural children. This includes English language training, access to libraries, well-equipped classrooms with air conditioning, and highly qualified faculty members. All our courses include Foundation and Technical training in our classroom, practical training in our labs, real time training as their internship in their related fields, personality development sessions, mock interviews, grooming, computer classes, and public speaking training.
Infrastructure Improvement
We contribute to the development and maintenance of essential amenities in rural schools. This involves providing blackboards, chairs, tables, water coolers, and repairing school premises to create a conducive learning environment.
Healthcare Initiatives
We assist in free medical check-up camps to ensure rural residents have access to necessary healthcare services. This helps in detecting and addressing health issues in a timely manner.
Sports and Cultural Events
In rural areas, we actively organize cultural activities that promote community engagement, talent development, and a sense of togetherness. These activities include cultural performances, singing competitions, and other events that showcase local talents. Additionally, we encourage our students to actively participate in sports, fostering a spirit of physical fitness and teamwork.
